Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administration of employee records (Master Data and 201 File). Building and maintenance of employee database. Maintenance of manpower pool and other external manpower service requirements.
* Administration of employee benefits. Handling of recreational benefits, food subsidies, fringe and medical benefits, allowances and reimbursements of employee benefits. Coordination with government agencies - SSS/ Philhealth/ Pag-Ibig for benefits remittances.
* Discipline administration and monitoring of corporate policies.
* Payroll administration and services. Payroll processing, computation, changes, adjustments in salaries. Tax management services and payroll records maintenance.
* Staffing of approved organizational manpower resources. Development of assessment tools and instruments for manpower placement. Processing of candidates for employment. Assessment and background investigation.
* Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Work Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in HR related activities
* A background in general administration, safety and security
