Content Writer

We are a medium sized, online fashion brand with a focus on a top notch customer service experience. We are looking for a motivated and experienced team member for remote work, who has experience in the field but is also eager to learn new things and can provide our site with some awesome written pieces as well as some expert customer assistance. A love of fashion and good sense of style is a must, as well as a friendly and exciting writing style.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The best candidate should have a background in customer service and should also have:

- High attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- A friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as both an individual and part of a team
- Creative writing skills and ability to adapt this style to fit our brand image

The majority of the duties will be create written content for our page, be it blog content, product descriptions or responses to customer reviews. Skills in customer service preferred, examples of which may include handle incoming email and social media queries, style advice, technical difficulties and associated tasks in a friendly and professional way.

We are looking for a new team member with a high standard of work. The volume is generally very manageable so the focus is certainly on quality over quantity.
