Virtual Assistance for e-Commerce (Video editing + Social Media)

Hello! My name is Diane, we operate an e-commerce business and we also film videos teaching others how to start their own e-commerce business. I am posting this job in hopes to hire a full-time, long-term virtual assistant (up to 40 hours/week) which will help with a variety of tasks.

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create a tutorial for or teach you.
Some major tasks include:
-basic Video Editing using premiere pro
-Contact Instagram influencers for collaboration opportunities
-Social Media Management (Instagram/Facebook)
-Some light Photoshop/AI work
-Customer Service Support
-Data entry using Excel

In order to apply for this position please ensure you meet some, if not all of the following requirements:

1. Has been a social media VA prior and has experience with interacting with customers or sales experience
2. Has great communication and English writing skills
3. Quick and efficient learner - can be easily trained
4. Can track metrics consistently and correctly using google spreadsheets or excel
5. Can work 5-6 days a week between the hours of 1pm PST - 8PM PST
*For the first 2 months* Afterwhich, you can set your own hours
6. This will be your primary full-time job

The starting base salary will be 12,000 PHP per month with a bonus system where you can make more when you make sales/recruit ambassadors. Please also attach your resume so I can review your previous work history.
