* Must be comfortable working with website page builders. You don't need to be a pro, it just has to be something you enjoy and are comfortable doing. My job is to help you become the pro. I'm referring to builders like clickfunnels, kartra, leadpages, wix, square space. etc. If you don't know these, google them to see if this is something you'd be comfortable with.

My name is Victor Garcia, I'm a high-performance coach and an investor located in the US.

I'm hiring a group of Rockstars to build a top-notch digital marketing team.

This team will be responsible for designing and creating intricate digital marketing sales funnels and automation for business we partner with...

Businesses we buy and scale...

And high ticket group coaching program that we will launch sometime this year.

You will be apart of a team of individuals that help struggling businesses turn around and sell for a profit, along with launching a coaching practice that helps business owners become better leaders in their homes, businesses and communities.

We will constantly have new and different projects to create and implement which makes for a fun experience that never gets old.

This Digital Marketing position will be a key role in generating leads and sales for the business/businesses

List of Responsibilities For This Position:

We will operate with proven systems, guidelines and standards, but your ability to carry that into your work (and support evolving it) is what separates "A Players" from just anybody who calls themselves a Project Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for a growth-minded individual to join a high-performance company that is focused on making an impact not just making money.

Specifically, we're looking for someone who is organized, an effective communicator and can get the job done!

As a Digital Marketer, you will play a key role, if not the most important role in generating leads and sales. This is the life blood of a business.

Your job is to build sales funnels, create and manage paid media campaigns, track data with google analytics and keep a keen eye on KPI's.

Important: You do not have to have a lot of knowledge in this area. You just have to be comfortable at learning and doing this kind of work. You will be required to do a tremendous amount of studying, educating and training to get up to speed quickly.

If you're not up for working 40+ hours a week during your initial training period to get up to speed quickly, do not apply.

What You Will Do...

? Build sales funnel websites on a site builder
? Build out paid media campaigns on facebook ads manager
? Setup google analytics tracking
? Manage daily budgets of numerous accounts in Google, Yahoo/ ---------- and Facebook
? Maximize budgets while increasing conversions
? Provide recommendations for budget and display ad changes based on thorough analysis
? Identify opportunities for additional website traffic
? Provide feedback to clients regarding landing page creation and optimization
? Stay up to date on the latest trends in search marketing – share these trends with the team and be prepared to discuss in weekly meetings.
? Construct recommendations for digital media campaigns, conduct research, implement campaign strategies, extract campaign metrics through analysis and report to internal and external customers
? Conduct campaign performance testing, collect and analyse data to gain insights and identify trends, and implement strategies based on findings with a goal of maximum ROI in paid media campaigns
? Administer testing programs, keyword management, and bidding strategies to ensure KPIs are met.
? Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance.
? Keyword research for account expansion
