Dear Prospective Team Member,
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read this job post. I hope that you have precisely what we’re looking for in a candidate, so I can take this posting down immediately and put you to work in the fun and rewarding position we have available.
Real quick, I'll list our must requirements so you don't waste your time reading the post if you do not qualify. Also, you will not be considered if you do not read the entire post.
* Must be a ninja at using the Scrum Agile Method
* Must be well versed in using apps like Trello, Monday, Slack etc.. It's doesn't have to be those particular apps.
* Must have at least 2 years of experience in the digital marketing space. Generating leads and sales, not just social media management.
* Must have a fun and upbeat personality with the ability to lead a team of high performing "A-Players"
* Must be a growth-minded individual that likes to be challenged and always looks for ways to improve as an individual.
* Must read the entire post to be considered as an applicant.
If this is you then keep reading.
Let me first begin by sharing a little about myself and the position we currently have available.
My name is Victor Garcia, I'm a high-performance coach and an investor located in the US.
I'm hiring a group of Rockstars to build a top-notch digital marketing team.
This team will be responsible for designing and creating intricate digital marketing sales funnels and automation for business we partner with...
Businesses we buy and scale...
And a high ticket group coaching program that we will launch sometime this year.
You will be apart of a team of individuals that help struggling businesses turn around and sell for a profit, along with launching a coaching practice that helps business owners become better leaders in their homes, businesses and communities.
We will constantly have new and different projects to create and implement which makes for a fun experience that never gets old.
This Project Manager position will be a key role in hiring team players, managing multiple projects with different business owners, team players and businesses we acquire.
You will be my right-hand team member that keeps me from NOT doing things in the business I shouldn't be :).
What we're not...
We're not a digital marketing agency that takes on clients for a fee. We are a team of ninja marketers and business leaders that use our skills to grow our companies and the businesses we partner with.
Who I'm looking for...
I am only looking for "A-Players"... are you one of them?
There are a lot of jobs out there today…
I am ONLY looking for “A-Players” to join our team.
“A-Players” are people who are committed to excellence in all that they do.
They can get a job anywhere, but they take the time considering who they'll work for, they’re selective on the interviews they do, and they “go the extra mile” in searching for the “right” position, because they’re looking for more than a job… they’re looking for a long-term career opportunity.
They’re looking to be part of a team where they can make a positive impact on the world through the work they do WHILE being challenged to become a better version of themselves.
I am a high-performance coach so I will be developing a high-performance team. If you're not growth-minded and don't want to grow as a leader and an individual, then do not apply.
If you think you are an “A-Player”, then please read on to learn more about the exciting opportunity we have available for the right candidate.
Fair Warning...
My hiring process isn’t quick and easy.
I'm going to ask you to jump through a few hoops to prove you’ve got the character and can demonstrate the values that align with our team and values.
You’ll be asked to take multiple tests.
You might go through multiple interviews.
And I'm going to take my time in making sure you’re someone I want to invest my time and resources in growing.
What I'm really looking for is someone who wants to grow with the company in the years to come.
Ok, if I still haven’t scared you away just yet, let’s continue…
List of Responsibilities For This Position:
We will operate with proven systems, guidelines and standards, but your ability to carry that into your work (and support evolving it) is what separates "A Players" from just anybody who calls themselves a Project Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing Project Manager to join a high-performance company that is focused on making an impact not just making money.
Specifically, we're looking for someone who is organized, an effective communicator and can get the job done!
As a Project Manager, you are the primary liaison between myself, the internal team and businesses we team up with or acquire.
Your job is to facilitate the success of projects and deadlines. You will provide strategic input and come up with creative solutions to meet the goals of the project. As a senior member of the team, you will have leadership and organizational responsibilities helping the team meet goals.

* You are passionate about creating great experiences for other people
* You commonly get infected with great ideas and have the ability to see them through
* You’re a natural leader who has experience driving results within a team
* Most importantly, you are a person who knows you can work anywhere but chooses to work with us
What You Will Do...
* Your primary role will be able to take an idea and goal, formulate a step by step plan to achieve that goal and implement it with our team.
* Be the primary point of communication between myself, the internal team and businesses we team up with or acquire.
* Provide strategic and creative input to guide the direction of our team and projects.
* Come up with creative solutions to meet or goals.
* Work with our team of Designers and Developers to help design successful outcomes.
* Work with our Scrum Team to help schedule and prioritize client deliverables.

* Hold the team and partners accountable for their commitments/requirements to the project.
* Keep tabs on project hours/budget.
* Document all meetings and communications.
* Review finished projects and look for ways to improve upon new ones.

* Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
* Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
* Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
* Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
* Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
* Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
* Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
* Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
In addition...
- Your attitude is positive. You’re an upbeat person who takes responsibility and you know that ‘if it’s to be, it’s up to me’
- You’ll be high energy, with enthusiasm oozing from every pore;
- You'll be smart and savvy – able to have intelligent conversations;
- You’ll want to improve your life and to be the best - the number one
- You’ll also enjoy and thrive on being part of a close-knit team.
** NOT desired: drama, slacker, pessimist, whiner, victim, hand-out expect-er... you get the point.
If you’ve worked in digital advertising before (which is preferred but not essential) then you’ll have been the superstar in the team – and be able to prove it.
