We are looking for a full-time Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant that brings professionalism and organization to the position. The successful Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant will have excellent communication skills and will be highly detailed oriented. We are a small family-owned company that has been in business for four years with a small team of employees. Our brand specializes in creating high quality, natural pet products for our customers. We are based out of Austin, Texas, and growing quickly with 100 products and estimated to release 100 more next year.
We are looking for a passionate long-term hire that wants to grow with our team. We are offering up to $1,000 per month based on experience. The working hours are 4:00-12:00.
Core Responsibilities
Contact Amazon Seller Support when issues arise with our account
Answer customer service questions and inquiries under 24 hours
Respond to product reviews
Monitor for product incorrectly being overcharged as oversized
Lost/damaged inventory reimbursement request
Create shipping labels
Remove negative feedback from our seller account
Requirements
Must have a phone, computer, and consistent and fast enough internet connection
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Knowledge in managing an Amazon account
Must have experience interacting with Amazon support
Must have customer service experience
Knowledge of Google Sheets
Willing to take on new responsibilities
