Virtual Assistant Needed

We are looking for a VA who wants to work in a stress-free and creative environment. Someone who is driven and wants to be the best.

Our client is a media production company that creates explainer videos for startups.

Main Role: Project management, lead gen , marketing

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using Basecamp to help coordinate projects between scriptwriters, voiceover artists and animators . Working procedures and trainign will be provided.
- Help with bookkeeping
- Lead generation
- Social media marketing (Facebook Ads, Facebook retargeting, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+)
- SEO PLUS
- Email marketing
- PPC campaigns


Qualifications:

- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility - working in startup can sometimes be hectic
- Responsible and innovative
- Taking the initiative
- Result - driven
- Ability to work independently and reliable
- Comfortable working US hours/graveyard shift
- Knows copywriting
- Experience in social media marketing is a PLUS
- Familiarity to these software is a PLUS:
Unbounce, Wordpress, Buffer, Sniply.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. This position is full-time but there may be time where you will not be required to work from 8 -5 due to workload.
