JOB OVERVIEW

• Efficiently serve and assist internal and external customers through phone, email and in person.
• Perform as back up support for Import & Import Operations upon request.
• Maintain the issuance of Customs Card, JAFZA Pass, and DAFZA Card & DWC Pass for required employees and ensure the renewal on time.
• Responsible for the stocks replenishment, purchasing/procurement and facilitate the LPO to vendors.
• Monthly report of gate passes and issue invoices to respective departments.
• Invoice dispatching to clients and timely collection of payment from customers.
• Ensure and Secure the Contracts are updated & confidentially keep on safe storage and make it available upon request.
• Prepare CHEQUE payment through SAP to suppliers and refund customer’s refund whenever necessary.
• Assists well in meeting organization (gate pass, meeting rooms, even food if necessary)
• Efficiently supports event management, hotel and transportation bookings for visitors.
• Alerts/Coordinates promptly for any facility maintenance issues.
• Maintains the orderliness of reception area (cleanliness of the area, reading materials which are visible are not the confidential documents, visitors are not waiting too long in the reception)
