Web developer to clone existing live app

Hello

We need to clone an existing app (iOS and Android versions) that is live and on the app stores already.
We need you to download it and replicate it, replacing the branding for ours, keeping the same functionality. We will provide all logos, branding and content.

There is also a website where users can log in and see their information. This must be replicated also.
