Job Description

An Australian client has created a lead generation platform and is searching for the right senior marketing team member who can support the marketing team with marketing strategies for their clients.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager you will oversee the marketing strategy of the campaigns of the clients and give advice to the clients and make changes to the campaigns (and scripts) to make sure that the campaign are producing and clients expectations are exceeded.

The role is not about producing content (the clients have their own resources for this), it is more about understanding the client’s business and directing the campaigns and creating a marketing plan for the clients.

Some input and ideas will be provided but the right applicant needs to be self-sufficient, with natural marketing skills, strong business development skills, excellent communication ability and a results-driven personality. The client is looking for people with the right mindset and who want a long term role.

You would start In the beginning the person ‘on the tools’ with the other staff to understand what processes are used to generate B2B warm leads for the clients. Then as the number of clients grows the role will move away from ‘doing’ to monitoring and directing the marketing campaigns for the clients and making sure they get the results (KPIs) for the ---------- is mainly a strategy, planning and monitoring role that complements the other roles.

-Develop marketing campaigns
-Implement marketing campaigns
-Monitor and modify marketing campaigns
-Ensure the staff produce high quality of work
-Make sure the output (warm leads) > the expected KPI for each client
-Client retention - A client should stay for many years
-Onboard clients
-Able to solve problems
-Able to create and modify scripts
-Train staff
-Always working to improve the client stats


The role is Australian AEST timezone
It is Fulltime - 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
