HR ANALYST
Requirements:
1) With strong HR background – preferably with more than 10 years experience
2) Strong Leadership
3) Strong Analytical and technical skills – expert in using Excel (pivot table), etc.
4) Flexible and highly organized
5) Keen to details
6) Proactive and maintain information with confidentiality
7) Persistent and can work under pressure
Details:
1) Maintain HRIS
2) Update employee information accurately
3) Generate reports and spreadsheets related to employees such as assessment scores , attendance, leave and the like
4) Assist in employee surveys, form generation and retrieving its results
5) Updates and analyze employees tracking database
6) Knowledgeable in Employee Relation
7) Knowledgeable in Benefits ad Compensation

All applicants must be willing to work 9am-6pm, Philippine / Singapore Time, must have reliable internet/computer or laptop and willing to use Time tracking tool with screenshot.
