Job Description:

About The Position

iRestore is seeking an individual with a passion for customer retention. Your priority will be to retain customers (deter returns) while providing an outstanding customer Upgrade to see actual info addition to being the expert at retaining customers, you’ll also be responsible for other tasks such as general customer service and sales. But your primary focus will be to deterring returns.

Key Responsibilities:
>Deter incoming returns (must be able to meet expectations)
>Assist customers and prospects through a variety of channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media
>Consistently reach goals defined in your KPIs
>Train new team members
>Close sales
>Handle escalated customer complaints

To Be A Good Fit For This Job, You Must Have:
>Returns deterrent experience
>Experience with phone, email, live chat, and escalated support
>Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and have worked with US-based companies
>A great desire to help customers and other team members
>The ability to manage and pass your knowledge onto others
>The ability to write well
>Experience with meeting sales and customer service KPIs
>Not shy to call things out when you notice something is wrong and take immediate corrective action
>Amazon Seller Central experience
>eCommerce experience (Shopify, Amazon)
>A self-starter mentality with the energy, drive, and determination to accomplish the goals of the project through multi-tasking, setting priorities and milestones
>An intimate ability to recommend a system to streamline how we do things to improve efficiency
>The ability to communicate effectively with the executive team in a simple, yet effective manner
>A strong bias towards execution. We empower our team members to take the initiatives here at iRestore and it’s important that you help convey this to the rest of our team
>A desire to get your hands dirty in a small company where your work matters

Tech Requirements
>High-speed internet with video conference ability
>At least 5 Mbps download speed
>At least 3 Mbps for upload speed
>Intel i3 processor or equivalent (minimum)
