Acquisition Associate (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for an enthusiastic person that is Eager and willing to start learning and working in our company. We are a Real Estate Investing Company in need of an Acquisition Associate in our team. As an Acquisition Associate you will primarily specialize in Cold Calling. With or without experience, our team is ready to train you! We are only looking for someone who is serious and committed. Our team values and rewards dedication.

What the first month will look like:
• You will get personal training about your position for the first 2-3 weeks. (With paid training)
• In the third week you will start cold calling leads we provide
• You will record specific details about the calls in an excel sheet.
• We will continue to train you in specific areas you need help in.

As an Acquisition Associate, (After about 2 months of training) a typical day might include the following:
• You will get a fresh batch of leads in an organized spread sheet.
• You will call about 100 people or more with a script we will provide.
• Every call will be recorded for quality assurance.
• After every call, you will write down information about the call. (I will go into detail when I hire you)
• After you have finished working, you will send the excel sheet to my email for my ---------- pensation-
• $1.5 an hour with paid training!
• For every signed contract there will be a compensation of $50
• For every deal closed you will be paid $250 dollars

Requirements:
• Must have Desktop or Laptop
• STABLE internet connection at least 5Mbps
• A quiet home office and a USB type headset with the noise-canceling feature
• Must be able to work US Daytime Hours, 4-8 hour shifts

• At the minimum Advanced English speaking skills (C1).
• Active listening
• Time management
• Great Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Good work ethic
• Eager and Willing to Add to Their Knowledge Base and Skills
• Honesty


What would be Extra awesome to have:
• Has Sales experience
• Not your first time working as an Acquisition associate in a business.
• You have some experience with Real estate
