Who Are We Looking For?
We are currently pooling for Home-Based Magnificent Cold Callers to join top-ranked Automotive Teams.

Responsibilities:
*Attend to inbound and outbound calls to Dealer Principals/ General managers that may be interested in marketing services.
*Handle objections efficiently
*Properly disposition calls
* Manage the CRM and move leads throughout the pipeline

Qualifications:
*Confident to start and hold a conversation with foreigners
*Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
*Able to handle objections effectively
*Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
*Resides in the Philippines
*1-2 years of overall work experience, preferably in customer service (Automotive is a plus!)

Work Details:
*20 hours per week (PART-TIME) Mon - Friday / 10 am -12 pm & 2 pm - 4 pm
*Salary: $4/hour USD depending on experience
Plus performance bonus

System/equipment requirements:
*Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
*Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
*Backup workstation (preferred)
*Backup internet (pocket wifi)
*USB noise-canceling headset
