*Admin VA
We’re also open to hiring only one person who can do both roles (Social media & Admin) and can commit to working for us full time.
JOB PURPOSE
* Social Media Manager - help us take our online presence to the next level. This role would primarily do Social Media Management for the company but can grow to be a Marketing Manager doing
*Admin VA - help us organize our resources, clean up our Google site content directory, create graphics, edit videos, etc. This role can potentially grow into a Social Media Manager role and a Marketing Manager role as well.
Both roles are responsible for assisting the CEO and the Project Manager in the daily crucial supporting role, ensuring projects, tasks, timelines, and deliverables are met.

The CEO is a relationship coach and the company helps couples in having the most playful, peaceful, passionate relationship possible. She has 20+ years of experience teaching life success and 8 years focusing on couples. She’s based in Sequim, WA, USA with her husband (who owns a business consulting company) where they approach life with a can-do, positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2+ years experience as an Online Admin/ Virtual Assistant
- Preferably 2+ Social Media Management & Marketing
- Basic knowledge in graphics design
- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of WordPress & Webflow is a plus
- Knowledge in
- Experience in social media metrics management is a plus
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
- Social media marketing – content planning. creation, posting, and overall management
- Managing the company's
- Graphics design (We use Canva so it’s pretty easy)
- Video editing and creation (We want to focus on getting a lot of videos out).
- Social media metrics management (creating goals, tracking performance, analysis, action planning, implementation, etc)

- Creating and completing Projects related to Social media & marketing
- Social media Content Organization/ Management – Asana, Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, etc
- General research tasks
- Other tasks to be assigned
ADMIN VA:
- Content Organization/ Management – Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, etc
- Google site (wiki) management and organization (Resource Directory)
- Data entry - filling out spreadsheets, master files, master lists, etc
- Graphics design (We use Canva so it’s pretty easy)
- Video editing and creation (We want to focus on getting a lot of videos out).
- Creating and completing Projects related to admin, resources organization (ie images, graphics, Google site clean up, etc)
- General research tasks
- Other tasks to be assigned
Plus Skills
- Experience in using Asana, Toggl, etc. and other tracking tools
- An eye for upleveling, organization, and automation (We’re organized and looking to get even better)
- Solid people skills (Just three of us in the team, plus you make it four, yet we love to love our lives and want to make sure we have a positive working experience).
