Looking for Male VA with Great English to answer missed calls for a computer repair store

i! i have a small computer store where we offer pc repairs, at the moment we need a VA to help us with:

We have already one VA taking most of the calls, but sometimes he is busy on the line, so we need another VA to help with call ---------- eck Status of Repairs and update customers by phone
Answer only our missed calls to give directions or status of repairs ( no selling involve)

Use excel or google sheets to update parts ordered, repair statuses

Will be great if :
VA understands a little bit about computers ( we are computer repair shop)
VA has great communication skills to talk to a few customers when we get busy ( No sales)
