HubSpot Specialist and CRM Manager

I'm a busy online entrepreneur that needs an ongoing Hubspot CRM and Campaign Manager to handle:

• List and campaign management
• Email setups and tracking
• Sequence and workflow builds
• Reporting
• Ad management and integration
• Landing Page building
• Data cleanliness

You should have advanced experience across all of these tasks and provide examples of your experience.

Ultimately, our sales and customer success teams rely on you as a major source of lead generation.

Role Requirements:

- Must have strong experience as a CRM power user (HubSpot Partner preferred)
- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding. I really mean this, I want to train you and know that you’re on your way doing incredible work
- Must be a ninja at written communications
- Must have a strong analytical brain
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser like focus
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions
- SUPER strong attention to detail and superb time management skills

Role Duties Include:

- Be across all CRM management, data requirements and domain changes as they’re rolled out
- Be available for part-time hours, scaled up as necessary
- Provide the highest level of assistance quickly and without fuss
- Communicate promptly with our other team members (sales, designer, content specialist, developer, accounts management and founder) using Slack each day
- Assist and support me with ad hoc tasks as required
