Character illustrator

Looking for someone who can do character designs in the art style as the files below. This will be in anime / cartoon style. This project will be for a long term designer. You'll be able to work on your own hours and will have a ton of creative freedom. To excel at this position you should be creative, don't draw a basic person, have them doing actions have them pop out. If interested, please answer the questions below.

1) Can you provide a portfolio or design of art you made similar to the designs below.

2) What would be the cost per design or per hour to design similar work?

3) Lastly all of this work would be for commercial use. This means you can not blatantly copy or use pre made characters or others art work. Is this okay with you?

4) would you be able to provide an example that matches the art style seen in the link below?
