We are looking for a SALES TEAM LEAD!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Set clear team goals and KPIs
• Decide how to meet sales goals and develop a plan to accomplish it
• Cascade information to team members, managers and founders
• Keep track and structure of leads assignment
• Staff forecasting
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set key metrics and OKR
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Establish and standardized systems and processes for the team
Requirements:
• With solid 3-year experience as Sales Lead
• At least 1 year of Sales Experience
• Must have BPO background
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, current shifts are 7pm and 1am
• Must have a reliable computer and fast internet.
• Must be willing to take calls and do upselling if necessary
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
