2. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for 5 Customer Supporters who:
- English ability: C1 level or above, Perfect written and spoken English
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant
- Prefer candidates experiencing Shopify, Print On Demand, Dropshipping.
- Be familiar and comfortable working on Zendesk/Freshdesk/Trello/Asana...
- Bright personality and be flexible in dealing with customers.
- Be able to connect with high-speed internet and working computer to use for your work.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- You will be working on these 3 main channels:
- Talks to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming chats/texts on
- Administrate
- Manage Website: Create content & Upload products.
4. WHAT IS YOUR WORKING SCHEDULE?
- Work 40 hours per week for full-time staff:
+ Monday - Friday/ Tuesday - Saturday/ Wednesday - Sunday)
+ 3 AM - 11 AM Philippines time
+ 30 mins - 1-hour break
- Paid regular national Philippine holidays
