Help Big Time Real Estate VA Help Needed!

Hello, we operate a real estate appraisal company here in the U.S. The one thing I've learned over the past decade is that our ability to effectively communicate with our clients directly affects our effectiveness... and income :-)

So the ideal candidate will have the following work experiences and characteristics:

- MASTERY of the English language (written & oral)
- A Desire to learn about the worlds of real estate, and real estate valuation
- Coachability.
- I know I don't have to say this, but I'll say it anyway to be clear, You MUST be able to communicate your opinions and conclusion in written form that meets (or exceeds) the standards set by ----------
- Basic internet research skills
- Previous experience working with any appraisal software (A La Mode, Clickforms, etc.) is a definite plus.

If we choose to work together you will be responsible for assembling my reports, summarizing & assembling my inspection notes, and ultimately helping me complete the appraisal assignment.
