Graphic Design Virtual Assistant for Publishing Company

Hello,
I’m looking for a creative and hardworking graphic designer/ virtual assistant to hire for my business. Your primary role will be to create the interiors and covers for low and no content books (blank journals, activity books ect…). The aim is to produce around 5-10 books per week. You must be independent and able to meet all the agreed upon deadlines. Graphic design expertise is a requirement. Experience with KDP/Kindle Publishing is a bonus. Ability to research keywords is also a bonus but not a requirement.

Payment
If hired, I will initially pay you week to week. If our partnership continues to go well I will be open to paying you once a month.

Budget/Salary:
$300 Monthly/ $75 Weekly


Type of books you will be responsible for making:
Blank lined journals
Composition notebooks
Activity Books
Puzzle Books
Guestbooks
And similar

Tasks I will need help with:
Cover creation
Interior creation
Creating black and white coloring images from commercial free clipart
Zentangle Coloring pages
Dot to Dot Image creation ( this is done using online software and is very simple. I will provide instructions for this task)
Compiling books based off images
Ex: I will give you 60 pages and I will have you combine them into a single pdf document
Creating simple Images for social media posts based off a ---------- munication:
Fluent English is a requirement
You will be responsible for communicating daily
You will need to provide a recap of all of your work at the end of each working day


Graphics:
All graphics will either come from a high quality graphics site that I have access to or will be sent to you directly. Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for altering the images to fit the criteria of whatever book we are currently working on.


Requirements:
Extremely Fluent in English
Excellent Graphic Design abilities
Access to Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar program that can create pdf files for printed publications
