Web Site and Systems Project Manager

This position requires in-depth knowledge of digital course platforms such as Kajabi and Thinkific, sales funnel processes, landing pages like LeadPages, CRM systems like ActiveCampaign, payment processing systems like Stripe, and Zapier. This is NOT an entry level position.

This is a part-time project management job where you will probably have a lot of work upfront and then fewer hours each week going forward. I anticipate 20-30 hrs/week now moving to 10 hours per week after the major projects have been completed.

This project involves:

Migrating several courses from Thinkific to Kajabi
Ensuring that all current students are notified with their new login information once the transition is complete
Setting up sales pages that are beautiful, easy to navigate, and high converting
Integrating quiz funnels with my existing web site using ----------
Ensuring that the correct email automation begins when someone purchases (tagged correctly in ActiveCampaign, they are sent their login information, enrolled in the course and receive any bonuses due)
Setting up email campaigns and automations for future ---------- ing Zapier to automate some of these processes.

You MUST be fluent in English.
You MUST be familiar with most of the software programs listed above.
You MUST be able to meet deadlines.
You MUST have the technical skills to implement these tasks without a lot of direction from me. I will tell you what I ---------- ’s up to you to go make it happen.

The hours you work are flexible. As long as your projects get done I don’t mind whether you work during the day your time or nights.

This site is built on Leadpages and I would like to keep it but use Kajabi for the sales pages going forward, so you’ll need to set up this site to redirect to a Kajabi sales page when someone wants to purchase.
