Masters Essay, Toronto’s premier academic writing service, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time contract role. Successful candidates will enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home in this remote position.
Our team consists of a strong group of qualified professionals. Our aim is to support our clients with outstanding quality work while we bring about improvements in their academic knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring client satisfaction by responding to client
• Collecting fees, answering inquiries, providing order quotes, and sending orders to the project management department
• Sending completed orders to clients
• Managing documentation related to the sales department (updating the shared company spreadsheet, Google Drive, etc.)
As a remote position, a reliable Internet connection and dedicated home workspace are essential.
Additional qualifications:
• A degree from an accredited university or college (proof of education must be provided upon request).
• Excellent proficiency with written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A keen sense of time management.
• Some sales/customer service experience (at least 1 year).
