Who:
Someone with a positive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement who is also very friendly and analytical.
What:
Solve 75% of customer service issues on 1st attempt
Maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 60
Communicate with client, vendors, and colleagues via
Respond to all inquiries within 6 hours.
Receive at least 5 5 star reviews every month
Complete 25 hours of continuing education training every year.
Be available to work 9am to 6pm NYC Time (GMT -5) EST
Skills and Experience:
Must Have:
High Proficiency in Computers - must pass our computer skills test with a score of at least 18 out of 20.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2+ years in customer service
Basic Skills test (Math and English) minimum percentile 65% on our test
Clear speech without strong accent
Access to High Speed Internet - Download Speed 20mbs/Upload Speed 4mbs
Nice to have:
High Proficiency in Excel - 80% percentile on our Test
Customer service experience in Fortune 500 company.
