Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

I am looking for someone who has extensive experience in finding distressed, pre-foreclosure, or low cost properties to contact for the sale of their home in any market. I would like this person to skip trace the list prior to sending it to me. This person would work 5-10 hours per week to start. However, if he/she proves to be valuable....more time will be offered with incentives.
