E-commerce VA

I am looking for someone who understands E-commerce, Word press, Prestashop, and Instagram.
I have started an online CBD business, I want to add new products so I need someone who can add new merch to the website.
If you know how to market on Instagram that'd be great too!
Prefer someone who is good at writing (because I am not) and would be able to help me with sales pitches in the future to local stores to sell my product.
Lastly, I want to make informational postcards to mail with the product.
I can pay 400USD a month part-time to start out.
My website should be ready to launch on October 1st. So I am looking for someone to start on September 14th to make sure everything runs smoothly once we are ready to sell!
