About the Role

Position Title: Helpdesk Specialist
Department: Customer Support
This Position Reports To: Engagement Team Lead
Timeline: Immediate Start

To provide excellent support to the business partners and workers regarding MyPass system issues, questions, technical and general concerns. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and workers working to establish a positive rapport with every chats and emails.

We require someone to support our growing customer support and helpdesk team.
Key tasks will include catering emails and chats within our helpdesk software conforming with MyPass Global’s processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks, updating online worker profiles (within our software system) if necessary, and general business administration support.

Key Selection Criteria:
Attention to detail and a methodical, systematic approach to your work (essential)
• Resourceful and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a helpdesk specialist or
customer service representative
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Great team player and ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
at all times
• Excellent computing skills (including Excel, Word)
• Excellent database administration skills
• Experience with a variety of customised software applications
• Clear and accurate communication (must have reliable, quality internet connection
when WFH.) Our team is temporarily WFH but will return to our office space once
COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
• Understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry preferred
• Willingness to work Night Shift (9:00pm-6:00am) & to work on weekends
(Saturday/Sunday) is preferred
