working as call center agent for an online travel company with headquarters in Bellevue, Washington for 6 years. It books airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruises, vacation packages and various attractions and services via the World Wide Web and telephone travel agents. As a Tier 2 agent, I am trained to use multiple global distribution systems like Amadeus or the Sabre reservation systems for flights.
