Virtual assistant for E-Commerce Store

We are looking for a fulltime, remote-based virtual assistant for an E-commerce store.

We require someone who is passionate about delivering a seamless customer service experience and also take care of the other moving parts of the business. We require someone who is ready to take end to end responsibility of the store at least for the repetitive tasks. Tr

Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce, Shopify or Dropshipping will be preferred.

Job Timings(PST) is in 2 shifts
Monday - Friday
10am to 3pm & 9:30pm to 12:30am
Saturday
10am to 12pm & 9:30pm to 11:30am
Sunday
10am to 11:30pm & 9:30pm to 11am


Responsibilities include:

1) Email Support - Super quick response time
2) Facebook Support (replying to messages and comments on Facebook posts & comment moderation)
3) Placing orders to the supplier via an Excel sheet
4) Fulfilling Orders in Shopify
5) Communicating with the suppliers regarding tracking information, defective products, etc.
6) Uploading products, setting up product/landing pages, importing reviews in Shopify
7) Basic Image Editing, posting some content on social media


We will conduct training for the above mentioned tasks.

Qualities we are looking for:

1. Excellent English comprehension and writing ability
2. Courteous and compassionate customer service
3. Can take inbound & do outbound calls if needed
4. Problem-solving ability
5. Experience with MS-Excel and Google SpreadSheet
6. Knows their way around Shopify backend, Facebook & Instagram.
7. Experience with prior E-commerce or Dropshipping business is a plus
