Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time tech virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on technical tasks to market our business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or tech role working online, or relevant role
Knowledge of any marketing tool or designing tool
Experience with any Marketing platforms like: (Not mandatory)

* Social Media platforms (ie.
* Landing Page creators (i.e. WordPress, landing pages, Clickfunnels or any other) or
* Membership hosting sites (i.e.. Teachable, Kajabi, Clickfunnels, etc), will be appreciated?
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Similar
Familiarity with Social Media for business
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Mac pages/numbers/keynote or MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar and/or Calendly)
Excellent
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will learn to use tools and applications to implement the tasks given (It will always be provided videos teaching each tool and task)
Build landing pages with Clickfunnels editor or blog posts with WordPress editor
Create spreadsheets, forms, and docs
Modify presentations and use templates to create simple designs in Canva
Change file formats and organize in folders
Upload and download files, videos, and images from different platforms (YouTube, etc)
Document new processes (new or repeatable tech tasks)
Automate messages and
Uploading newsletters or blogs and posts to Social media platforms
Follow a Social Media posting calendar for
Transcript audios and videos
Light text editing (check out for spelling mistakes, etc)
15-20 hours per week
Able or willing to go full time in the future
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
