USA sales Engineer

Branch of the International group ICAPE (Leader on the PCB and custom made electro/mechanical parts manufacturing market), is looking for a sales engineer to develop new accounts and increase our market share on the East coast of USA.

ICAPE Group is present in 15 different countries and has over 1700 customers in 65 countries. With 2 digits growth every year over the last 5 years in North America, we are looking for an experienced business developer to follow our existing customers and create new opportunities.

Job description:
- Seeking an energetic sales person with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business.
- Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them.
- Prospect new companies and opportunities.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations and carries-out commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service…).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Promote products online through Linkedin, Facebook…
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business ---------- sired Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in sales development.
- Some technical knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction.
- Persistent. Confident. Strong work ethic. Honesty. Solid organizational, project, and time management skills with attention to detail throughout the completion of tasks, follow-up is imperative.
- Internet research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Some administrative reporting duties necessary.
- A background with electrical/mechanical or printed circuit board fabrication knowledge is a plus, but not required.

- Work requires at least 4 hours of active phone prospection between 8Am and 12Pm US East cost time.
