JOB OVERVIEW

**I need someone who will make a redesign and after that manage my other works and be available when there are errors & quick fixes etc.**

GOOD CANDIDATE: is very strong Wordpress (senior) developer with needed CSS/web design skills. I appreciate good work and willing to pay a fair salary and raise it.

So, about the project.

Currently, I have a site ( ---------- ) that was in Elementor but I'd like to redesign it and bring it back to 2020/21.

Basically, there are 3 important things:
a) Site-redesign
b) lightweight (or at least as light as reasonable)
c) custom widgets (and plugins if needed)

GOALS OF PROJECT - Make the website fresher and add better functionality. Long-term project - find a full-time developer for my other affiliate projects and weekly/monthly fixes too.

BUDGET - It's up to you, what do you say this scope cost, and then I'll choose the best scope (not the best price). So, the budget is not fixed, I am looking for the best candidate for long-time partnership.

TIMEFRAME - I'm quite in a hurry but understand that superb result needs time. So there's no pressure from my side if you have milestones that you take in mind

USERS & READERS - ...are those who find information about cycling (reviews, guides, etc). Back-end users are editors and ---------- SIGN & AESTHETIC

- Basic layout will be the same (but "fresher")
- New widgets and functionality (described on Spreadsheet)
- heavy-weight plugins to custom plugins (if needed)
- I like the approach of ---------- and also ---------- . If we can somehow mix these, I'd be happy. However, - Bikexchange has much smaller team behind it so there's no need to overkill it. Hostingfacts on the other hand is quite simple to
maintain and just works well.

SUCCESS CRITERIA - Easy to manage, lightweight, fast, mobile-friendy (ofc), good UX & UI, well-converting (it's my job) possible to add functionality.

FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CHECK THIS ONE: ----------

If you have any questions or feedback, kindly let me know :)

If you think you're the fit for this job, kindly describe me your process and vision, what do we use and what's the output? What's the budget and how long does it take? I choose the best candidate (if I find one)

ABOUT MYSELF: I am an (expert) affiliate marketer building medium-big sites. I am not a dev but know some basic HTML so the right developer has plenty of room to create "awesome" stuff without a too strict scope from my side. It also means that I might say WHAT I want but it's dev's job to know HOW to do and WHAT to use for that :)
I am looking for a long-term partner for all my sites. I'm not pushy but I like dates and to know, on what stage we are (right communication on spreadsheet etc). I don't have a clear vision about small details so the developer should know it.

Thanks for your time and consideration,
Elmo
