KOMFFY LLC is a fast-growing company active in the hospitality business in South Florida (USA). We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Airbnb Guest Assistant/Content writer to manage and promote our 3 short-term rentals in South Florida. The ideal candidate will manage the rentals remotely and will create content for blogs, articles, social media, and company website.
1. Responsibilities
- The candidate will have to cover the night shift and work from 9PM to 5AM Philippine Time;
- Quick and accurate responses to Guests inquiries, issues and complaints via messaging and phone conversation;
- Coordinating the cleaning team and greeting team on site for the check-ins of the guests;
- Open communication with the on-site property management team for urgent issues that need to be reported;
- Get as many reviews as possible to increase airbnb ranking ;
- Keep the check-in instructions, house rules, house manuals and FAQ up to date;
- Must be open to flexible working hours with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed;
- Ongoing writing of content for blogs, articles,
- Write copy for downloadable content offers such as e-books, infographics, guides.
2. Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field;
- 3+ years prior experience writing (blogs, social media, e-books, brochures,
- Previous Hospitality or short-term rental industry (Airbnb/Vrbo) experience is required;
- High organizational writing and research skills;
- High proficiency in the English language (spoken and written);
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently;
- Must have a portfolio of published articles that demonstrates exceptional writing skills;
- Video editing and/or graphic design skills are a plus.
