This is a full-time remote role working in line with the Australian Time zone (AEST).

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our International team (headquartered in Sydney, Australia) to source, headhunt, and match candidates.

If you are a proactive, motivated self-starter, ready to take your career to the next level and apply your recruitment skills gained over a period of at least 4 years, then this is a role worth considering!

This is a fast-paced role, which will require exceptional organisation and communication skills and most importantly, the versatility to work across various recruitment functions. Working efficiently with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and hiring candidates for various roles globally
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Report to management and provide decisions on recruitment
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


Requirements

• At least 4 years' proven working experience in Recruitment, preferably in an RPO
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of Recruitment tools and various job portals
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Mandate Requirement: The candidate should have a high-speed internet connection and a laptop with high computer specifications.

Work from Home

There is no need to come to the office. The only real requirement is you have your own device (laptop), high-speed internet can communicate well and can work in our time zone (AEST) so we can collaborate effectively.

Shift Timings

10 am AEST - 7 pm AEST (including one-hour lunch break), Monday to Saturday.
