Responsibilities:
• Deliver Guest Positive Experience from inquiry to check-out
• Work with Sales Manager to create more bookings
• Help guests to plan their stays with us

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in hotel industry
• Sufficient computer and network skills to connect to our cloud-based system and software remotely
• Attention to detail

Requirements:
• College graduate
• Solid knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas
• Have high speed internet
• Must be fluent in English
