We are looking for a Tracking Manager / Virtual Assistant (VA) to help primarily with entering tracking information for orders on our website (BigCommerce), Amazon and eBay - as well as assisting in replying to tracking messages on our Zendesk portal. We can hire immediately!
The VA would follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs)/ instructions to take tracking numbers from invoices in our GMAIL, from vendor websites, and from elsewhere to enter them accurately in for customers. This will likely take 8 hours per day total for 5 days a week. You will be trained by one of our employees.
Total work would be 40 hours per week. If the work is good, there is potential for more work (and overtime pay rate).
