Customer Support with Data Entry/research tasks

Job requirements:
1. Good English writing and well organized
2. Knowledge on mobile phone/tablet will be an advantage
3. Experience in Amazon and eBay platform and knowledge will be an advantage but not necessary
4. at last, you get to have a stable internet connection for sure ;)

Job details:
1. Answer customer messages via online CS management platform, replyManager
2. Complete data entry tasks
3. Market research tasks such as hot phone models in US, UK markets..
4. It will be good if you have experience/idea on how to promote a web site

Time:
1. During training period (first 2-4 wks), Tue to Fri, 9 to 1pm. (Total 16 hrs / wk)
2. After training period, Sun to Thu, 9 to 6pm. (Total 40 hrs / wk)

Offer and Benefit:
- During training period : USD 4 / hr
- After training period : USD 350 to 370 / mth < depends on your performance
- Salary will be reviewed every year.
