I am an internet marketer with several online and offline businesses. I am an experienced web developer myself. We are busy and hence need another web developer to add to our existing team.

I am looking for a dedicated website programmer/developer who can multitask and keep up with my daily requirements and projects.

Candidate MUST have access to high speed internet and does not risk power outages. The ideal candidate is someone who can speak and write English great, solve problems creatively, deliver work fast and efficiently and carefully follow instructions.

Candidate should be good with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel), Skype and Google Hangout.

Candidate MUST be a team player. You MUST be available for a regular Skype chat (voice & video) I will not treat you like an employee. You will work closely with me on projects like a colleague given that you show the same dedication to the business.

However, I will demand the best work from you. You will be challenged at times (for time and also for brain power). However, you will grow with me and your skills will sharpen. As we grow, we will make sure to give you the profile you need so you can also grow. Again, if you like to be an "average" kind of person, DO NOT APPLY for this job. DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

- Should have a very strong passion for programming. For example, it should not feel like you are working. Programming needs to be your passion so you can solve problems quickly on your own.

- Open to provide customer Support for our customers if required

- Your own tools (laptop, high speed internet). Low risk of power outages.

- Available on daily basis for Skype chats and calls - Important Note: Only interested in applicants that are willing to have calls if needed.

- Willing to track hours through Hubstaff, especially in the beginning

- Should execute work based on KISS ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KISS_principle )

- Be able to work 9am - 5:30 PM EST. Your complete attention and focus MUST be on our work during this time. If you have to do other work, etc. during this time, please don't apply. ADDITIONAL hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends.

- A degree/Education in computer related field.

- Be fluent in English speaking, spelling, and grammar.

- A quiet workspace with no distractions.

- You will be required at the end of the day to spend 5 minutes to send me an update on what you did for the day, what challenges you faced, how it can be improved and how many hours you worked.


DEVELOPER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Very strong PHP knowledge.

- Very strong Wordpress knowledge (Functions, Hooks, Classes, Methods)

- Experience in creating secured sections/Membership pages using Wordpress or standalone platforms

- Experience with Wordpress plugin / theme development

- Very strong Javascript and jquery knowledge

- Very strong in mysql database management using PHP

- Ability to design a website with graphics as required

- Very strong knowledge of style sheets (CSS and all various versions required to make mobile friendly websites). Will need to make sure all websites are mobile friendly and hence the need to develop mobile responsive pages.

- Knowledge about client-server application (what is AJAX, what is REST)

- Ability to quickly debug and fix any plugin/code based on the function it is providing without having to understand the whole program/code.

- Understanding on how to work with Chrome, Firefox or any other debugger /profiler

- Understanding of Browser Plugin Development is good. Highlight that in your application if you have this.

- Understanding of Graphic Design, Social Media Experience (Facebook primarily) would be good. Highlight them in your application.

2. To have clear guidelines for the project and features to be made. And if we don’t have them, to discuss them with me until we are clear on them. I will make myself available for you to fully understand the requirements.

Salary:
You salary will be based on experience. Full Time commitment needed (40 hours minimum a week) with the need for additional time to meet project deadlines for $100-$200 USD a week depending upon experience level. We will finalize before hiring.
