Web Developer and Graphic Designer

Hello everyone,

Principally I'm searching for a web developer in Javascript and a Graphic Designer for logo and other post design.

If the person can do it both, is better.

The salary budget is max 650$/mo. In this budget I have to pay both (Web developer and Graphic Designer) or the single person that can do it.
