Hello Everyone,
We have been growing and now we have a new issue to solve so we are back again looking for more talent. We are now looking for an experienced (NO BEGINNERS) bookkeeper and accountants who can come in, provide guidance, clean up our financial paper works, and organize things.
We are a small agency that works with video game studios and we provide a fixed price service. Prices are different per client but our income is consistent and predictable so your accounting work will be very easy once you have things organized and ready. We just need someone who will maintain things and keep things properly since we have a bit of a mess right now!
Job Duties:
* Use financial software and tool (per your recommendation) to organize our 2020 income and expenses.
* Gather and organize all our receipts and financial documents for all expenses and incomes.
* Bookkeeping and accounting
* Pay our employees twice a month. We are currently a team of 7-10.
* Help organize deductible expenses and to ensure low tax payments in a legal and correct manner
* Assist with Tax preparation (we will still work with a CPA but some groundwork will be done with you)
* Serve as our advisor in finances and expenses for better planning and growth
Your expertise:
* Exceptional English (Written and Spoken). There should be no misunderstandings due to the language barrier.
* Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
* Previous experience using some form of financial software for adopting to us. We currently have none.
* Experienced creating reports and financial info docs
Plus to have but NOT a must:
* Basic understanding of the video game market
* Worked previously with agency or service delivery companies. Preferably marketing agencies.
* Have an experience preparing
