The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Account Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
• Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs.
• Answer calls (in rotation) that come into our Business Development inquiry line
• Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
• Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
• Set appointments for Marketing agency, Sales Manager or Director
• Program discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads

• Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs
REQUIREMENTS
• High-volume cold calling appointment setting, or lead generation experience
• Work prospect time zone (united state)
• Friendly, can-do attitude
• Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
• Detail oriented, driven and tenacious
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Fast learner who can adapt to change
• Ability to work from home in a quiet work environment
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing (2 years Preferred)
