SEO for Blog

Hello everyone, I run a new and growing finance blog which is quite fun. And you get to join it at the most fun, beginning section of it's growth!

I need some SEO duties to be taken care of (include a comic strip in your application). Mainly monthly updates, and backlink reports, keyword research etc.

I am looking for a long term employee ideally (plan is at least 2 years)

Duties:
1 - Monthly backlinks report
2 - Monthly SEO summaries
3 - Quarterly look over content assessment
4 - Keyword research when needed

Needs:
-Strong English
-AHREFs membership (because I do too little buy a monthly membership
-Strong organizational abilities

Nice to have:
Basic SEO skills (I can teach you if needed)

Payment:
$5/hr freelance
Maybe when we figure out the rough number of hours we could switch to a $/mo standard ---------- work on your birthday or vacation days
