Programmer for marketing firm

We are an Advertising firm in the US.
We are looking for an individual to work for us full time.
So our applicants need to have good communication skills and very good english.

We will need the applicant to design and program Websites, Landing pages and Banner ads of all sizes for both desktop and mobile.

The designs must be responsive for all platforms. Would be preferred if the applicant has experience with mobile programming and understands optimizing the code for speed.

The skills we would like to see in the applications should include but not limited to:
Html, Html5,PHP,Javascript, jQuery,MySQL,Wordpress, SEO, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
*Research on competitors
*Building Responsive Landing pages for Mobile and Desktop
*Making Banner ads for campaigns both GIF and static.
*Should have design experience
*Building Responsive websites
*Building Databases
*Implementing SEO
*Writing custom scripts to improve website functions and tasks
*You must know how to use SKYPE.
*You must be SELF MOTIVATED and able to make decisions on Your own.
*Communicating daily with your manager

You will have a manager that will assign tasks. You must complete these tasks on time.

You must be willing to work nights 8pm-3pm ICT.
Which is 9am-5pm eastern standard time in US.
With a 1 hour break every day which will be agreed upon time.

*We will only accept a few applicants that we feel are qualified.
*You will have a Skype interview after you have been selected.
*We will then give you certain tasks to complete during the first 5 days of the testing period. The applicants will be PAID for completing these tasks. You will be paid 20.00 via PAYPal at the end of the 5 day test phase.
*The applicant who achieves these tasks the most efficiently will be Hired full time at 400.00 USD per month. After 3 months of performance we will evaluate the applicant and raise their income to 500.00 Per month.
*We will evaluate the team member every 6 mths for performance. We will then continue to offer more opportunities for growth.
*We expect 40hrs per week and will use accountability software to ensure this.
*You will get paid 100.00 at the end of the work week on friday once your hired full time.
*We will expect daily communication via email or skype.
*We DO NOT want any one to apply that plans to work on other jobs.
*Any problems you have can easily be solved by contacting your manager. You will also have other contact info in case your manager is not available.

We are looking for a long term employee that wants to be a part of a team. We want someone to grow with our company.

We know that not all applicants will have all the skills we are looking for and we are willing to train the right person on certain skills they may be lacking.

We want someone who is comfortable with communication. We have a very open relationship with our employees.

We understand that everyone is not the same. So we encourage communication and believe any problem can be worked out as long as it properly discussed. If there are any issues with a task or deadline we expect you to tell us so we can figure out a solution. If we all work together then we will have a very productive and positive experience.
