PROJECT MANAGER/MEDIA BUYER

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing client accounts for advertising agencies whose focus is Realtor’s and Investors within the real estate industry. You must also possess knowledge and experience in project management experience and maintaining all projects for the company inside Asana. This person should have exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication skills in all areas, honest, loyal, hard working, compassionate, and level headed.

They must also possess the following skills:
> 2-3 years of managing advertising agencies to assist in scaling and managing their teams as well as any client accounts that need special attention
> 2-3 years of Facebook and Instagram advertising in the real estate industry
> Leadership qualities that inspires others
> Must follow existing SOPs for current campaign templates
> Excellent reading, writing and copywriting skills
> Able to manage their time effectively without being micromanaged
> Genuine and personable qualities

This role will be a key role in the growth of our organization by making sure our team is executing their roles effectively while keeping our clients happy and our success teams moving forward with great results. Your responsibilities will be to lead our team with excellence on a daily basis, to make sure we continue to thrive and carve out a significant piece of the real estate market. You will also be responsible for making sure the ad campaigns being launched for each agent client meets their expectations of delivering viable leads to them that will turn into real estate sales for our clients. We want to make sure the launch of each ad campaign is performing well with good reach and low cost per leads while scaling them to perfection to increase quality lead flow through Facebook and Instagram with buyers and sellers in their market.

You must be extremely knowledgeable and proficient with Facebook advertising with a proven track record in the real estate industry. You must be able to provide screenshots of current real estate buyer and seller campaigns that have resulted in a strong monthly lead count where clients were able to take those same leads and convert them into sales.

We will also be providing training modules for you to use to assist in building out our current campaign templates and creating new ones. We are looking for candidates who are ready and willing to help us build on your existing skill sets and become part of a winning team
