Web developer programmer to create a membership website

The idea to code:
A membership site where users can earn points for doing certain actions (e.g. filling in forms basically).
Each user will submit some information which must be stored in that user's ---------- ers earn and spend points.
The website code needs to be able to scrape (or use API) to get data (text) and save it in a database.
The whole site is basically:
- a payment processing part (Stripe or similar)
- a membership part
- a number of databases
- some data storage (images)
- several pages to display the database data in a structured way

Applicant requirements:
- technical web developer skill with JavaScript (jquery, angular, node, etc), Python (Django) or other core web dev languages (please indicate what you are skilled with in your application)
- attention to detail
- drive
- problem-solving yourself (initiative)
- willingness to take constructive criticism
- fast communication, sometimes via video calls

Pay:
Lump-sum for the initial development through beta to a full working version.
Then an hourly basis for maintenance & improvements.
The rate is ---------- adline:
Immediate start.
2 weeks to complete the initial beta version. I estimate if to take a maximum of 4 full days of coding. Less if you are skilled.
