Job brief
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the Sales Manager while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Teams, Zoom.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities

Take handwritten notes and log them into CRM software ( zoho CRM)
Assist with sales reports
Conduct research on prospective customers ( LinkedIn lead generation)
Ensure follow-ups are happening at the right time intervals
Log customer information in CRM and update it after each meeting
Schedule calls for the sales team.
Listen in on calls and log notes for minutes of the meeting.
Conduct research on cold and/or warm leads
Respond to emails and LinkedIn messages
Schedule meetings
Manage social media ( Linkedin) and online posting.
Manage and update customers’ contact lists in ---------- anize my calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Requirements
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Business Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
