This position is a key support position on the Biohacking Secrets team. You will be responsible for managing data and reporting across a wide variety of marketing channels for the company, facilitating customer service, and providing technical and administrative support where needed.
Job responsibilities include:
• Manage content syndication.
• Manage incoming/outgoing customer support
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Onboard new customers and clients, including getting health assessments generated, create client files and order lab test.
• Build funnels (Clickfunnels and Convertri)
• Use Active Campaign to queue
• Generate coaching and event leads by reaching out to book purchasers.
• Actively participate in idea generation and strategies to increase impact and service to our community.
• Executing research projects as assigned.
• Maintaining blog content on Biohacking Secrets (includes formatting posts, SEO, etc).
• Manage our podcast production, including managing workflow of podcasts to various online channels (iTunes [Libsyn], YouTube, blog, etc).
• Pulling metrics and handling reporting across the organization.

The ideal candidate will:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
• Be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding.
• Have experience working in programs like WordPress; HTML experience is a huge plus.
Required Education:
• University/college degree is an asset
