Looking for an experienced real estate sales manager to grow sales!
We're looking for a highly motivated REAL ESTATE SALES LEADER that knows how to effectively manage a Sales Pipeline to closure. Since we receive and assign many prospects to multiple agents, this needed professional will be able to truly manage the progression and nurturing of clients that come via our CRM.
The role requires strong skills in understanding a sales pipeline in CRM and managing the progression of those leads passed to extended team members.
If you can understand a CRM's sales pipeline, provide guidance on what needs to be done with those opportunities and can help those agents lead them to closure, we would like to compensate you from these transactions as well as your own.
You'll have the ability to generate commissions from the prospects we assign to the referring agents we work with.
If you speak Spanish, have a TRUE DRIVE, good experience managing a Real Estate CRM and can manage the pipelines of multiple agents, we would like you to apply!
Speaking fluent English and Spanish will be required!
