***We will pay $500/month to start, with an opportunity for growth in compensation and responsibilities in the next 6 months.

Job Summary:

• Respond to customer inbound phone calls and emails – some shifts will be the "graveyard" shift (during the night in the Philippines), over the weekend, some during the work week – between 11pm – 9am your time.
• Answer incoming customer service phone calls (in shifts that are between 11pm – 9am your time, sometimes on the weekends) with perfect English.
• Make outgoing customer service calls and emails
• Collect data and create reports (in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Do various research projects
• Complete various weekly tasks
• Record videos and create instruction of how we do things.
• Identify issues and trends that customers are saying, doing, etc.
• Many other items that will likely come up down the road...

• Is able to very quickly learn new software and programs (we use probably 20 different applications).
• Must have a good computer and a reliable and fast Internet connection.
• Has a backup plan for when the power goes out.
• Can solve problems independently.
• An “A+ player”
• Works well with the rest of our team.
